Everything was great! Anthony and Carson were amazing to work with! Anthony went out of his way to make this deal happen. I have to agree though with others, once you hit the finance paperwork, I asked about purchasing the extended warranty however was pushed really hard about other options to add. Every time I said “no thanks” I only want the extended warranty I kept getting pushed to add more. That part was a little awkward. Everything else was the best experience I have had with a dealership.
Went in on Friday because I was ready to accept that I needed a mom van to accommodate all the kiddos! Draven Miller was fast, efficient, and listened to all my wants and concerns. I had a trade in that he had appraised by the time I was done with my first test drive. I was able to drive off the lot in just a little over two hours. Highly recommend him for all you buying or even just browsing needs!
I had contact with Carson Hardy for several days before seeing my purchase. He answered all of my questions and even sent me more photos of the vehicle. This made the purchase smooth. Carson was very knowledgeable and professional. Would certainly do business with him again.

Rob Ford, you are the man! Although I changed my decision before finalizing, I want to thank Rob for a smooth process. He was able to work with me toward the sale. He wasn't pushy, and was very respectful. Communication was quick as I was attempting to make a remote purchase. It was a very comfortable process. Would recommend.

Purchasing was really smooth and helped work though everything. Did have the Ram for 3 days though before back at dealer due to battery drain. Was there 2 days but so far seems to be ok.
Great place. Excellent prices. My sales guy Carson was super. Only down side was the purchasing process took twice as long as I felt neccessary ( I paid cash) and the financial manager was very aggressive trying to talk me into purchasing add on I didn't want. Ceramic coating, warranties, maintenance packaging, etc. At one point I was ready to walk out and cancel the purchase. If it was her job to strong arm customers into buying things they don't want, well, she was doing her job quiet well. Up to that point it was great.
They were so helpful and eager to help. I know some would say they just want to make a sale but they go above and beyond just wanting to make a sale never pressured me to buy any extras I didn't want. And diler3d the 2026 Jeep Compas to me for free. I didn't even ask them too. Will do business with them when im ready to buy again. Love it so much.

Had a great experience buying a car for my wife. I've been let down by local dealers in Decatur (Miles Chevrolet) so we made the drive to Bloomington, and were not disappointed. The price is what brought us over originally, but the customer service is what will keep us coming back to this dealership. We had a small issue with brakes on the new Jeep, it was handled immediately under warranty, no problem! Gabe was our salesman, he did awesome as well. I can't say enough good about this dealership.
After looking for a vehicle for my wife for several weeks I was referred to Sam Leman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Bloomington. I was initially connected with GM Anthony Krizman. Anthony, Carson, and his team were almost to good to be true in dealing with. Found exactly what I was looking for with a no pressure, no hassle, no b.s. approach from start to finish. As a rule I despise car shopping and car salesman in general. This car buying experience was literally the best I've ever had and will come to them first in the future.

I love this place! I had an issue with my steering and they got it in the next day and figured out what was going on. I take my van here for oil changes on Saturday mornings. Would definitely reccomend!!!

We purchased a new Wagoneer December of 2025. There were some gouges in the paint we noticed after we got home. Called the dealership and they did an amazing job with taking care of us even after the sale!!! 10/10 would recommend and would travel the almost 4 hours to do business with them again.
Carson was great to work with. He actually stopped by on his day off and chose to stay to make sure we were taken care of, which says a lot about this experience. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress free. We were in and out with our new car way faster than expected.
