Jeep: Desert Rating, New Gladiator Trims, New Wranglers
Last year Jeep took the auto-world by storm when they introduced the Jeep Gladiator. This year, they continued in this tradition by unveiling the newest Jeep Gladiator configuration: The Jeep Gladiator Mojave. The Mojave promises to bring off-roading to deep desert sands with its new 4×4 Desert Rated® Badge.
The Mojave wasn’t the only new configuration Jeep presented, however. The Jeep Gladiator and the Jeep Wrangler will now come with the High Altitude configuration that promises premium content and legendary 4×4 capability for Decatur drivers. Read more about the Desert Rated Badge, the Jeep Gladiator Mojave, and the Gladiator and Wrangler High Altitude configurations below.
Jeep Gladiator Mojave Details
As the newest Gladiator trim and the first Desert Rated® Jeep, the Mojave uses its signature orange accents to let the world know it’s ready for high-speed adventures in the most unforgiving environments.
The Mojave boasts industry-exclusive FOX® hydraulic jounce bumpers and 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks with external reservoirs to bolster its high-speed sand running credentials. As the first Jeep to earn the Desert Rated® Badge, it sets the industry standard for off-road fun in the sand.
Desert Rated Badge
The Desert Rated Badge signifies that a Jeep has been tested in desert-ready capability and durability. To do this, it must meet these standards:
- Ride Control and Stability: Take control in deep sand, rocks, and dust without compromising control or comfort.
- Traction: Conquer loose dirt, gravel, and sand with strategic power management.
- Ground Clearance: Optimized suspension allows the Mojave to crest dunes, blast through whoops, and anything else your desert adventure has in store.
- Maneuverability: Swiftly navigate desert terrain and climb extreme angles with ease.
- Desert Prowess: The Mojave has been tested to withstand intense heat, coarse sand, intrusive dust, and loose gravel in the unforgiving desert.
High Altitude Trim For Gladiator and Wrangler
The Jeep Gladiator High Altitude and the Jeep Wrangler High Altitude are for Springfield drivers that want added luxury to their Jeep vehicles. The High Altitude trim promises to deliver customized, sophisticated styling with a long list of premium standard features and, as always, the legendary 4×4 Jeep capability.
The Jeep Gladiator High Altitude and the Jeep Wrangler High Altitude show that you don’t need to compromise between luxury and capability.
